Sandy Greiner Pilates was named Best Pilates Studio on the North Shore by Modern Luxury and Better magazines.We blend classical and contemporary Pilates with current movement science to help you accomplish your fitness or rehabilitation goals. We specialize in all levels of training, from beginning to advanced, from post-rehabilitation to restoration. We pride ourselves on a personal touch and value each client’s individual needs. Our 5 person classes with a 500 hour certified instructor utilize the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, and Arc Barrel.
