About Us
MGL Math Center is Glenview's premier math center for students in grades 2–11 — built by a competitor, run for your kid.
Founded by Bayar, a former national math champion who trained for the International Math Olympiad, MGL was built on a simple belief: every student can grow when they're challenged at the right level and supported by someone who genuinely believes in them.
We work in small groups of no more than 6 students per tutor — because real learning doesn't happen in the back of a crowded classroom. Our curriculum covers algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and advanced math, with targeted preparation for the ACT, SAT, and competitions like MOEMS, Math Kangaroo and AMC.
Our results speak for themselves: on average, our students improve 1.8 letter grades in just 12 weeks. We back that with a satisfaction guarantee — if your child doesn't improve, the next month is on us.
But grades are only part of the story. What we're really building is independent thinking — the grit and resilience that transfer to every subject and every challenge ahead. We don't just teach math. We teach students how to learn.
Five years, 200–300 students, and a community of Glenview families who trust us with the part of their child's education that matters most. We're proud to call this neighborhood home.
Open weekdays 3:00–8:00 PM during the school year. Reach out to schedule a free consultation.
