Chicago Wine Consulting exists for one reason; for YOU, the wine collector and connoisseur. We specialize in Private Wine Cellar Management, Wine Appraisals, and Wine Collection Evaluations. Mike’s largest single wine cellar project encompassed over 20,000 bottles, no cellar project is too big or too small for us to handle.
