Walk. Support. Donate.
For Ella, for every family affected by HNRNPH2, and for a future where no child faces this journey alone.

Walk tickets and donations 100% of proceeds support the Yellow Brick Road Project, the nonprofit leading research, advocacy, and treatment for HNRNPH2.
ELLA’S STORY
Ella is one of just 221 known people worldwide living with HNRNPH2-related neurodevelopmental disorder (HNRNPH2-RNDD)—a devastating rare genetic condition that affects her ability to walk, speak, and learn. Every milestone is hard-earned, and every step forward is a victory.
Today, there is real reason for hope. Thanks to the relentless efforts of families and researchers, the first-ever clinical trial for HNRNPH2 is underway—a historic milestone for our community.
But this isn't the finish line. The treatment requires a spinal tap every 12 weeks for life, and it isn't a cure. We still need better treatments. We still need answers. We still need a cure.
That's why we walk.
Whether you're family, a friend, or simply someone who believes every child deserves hope, you belong here.
